Jeff joined the team in 2020 serving Construction Operations. Today, backed by 15+ years of management experience, he sets the tone as an executive. When he’s not leading the team, you’ll find him hunting, fishing, or pursuing his love of the outdoors.

Curtis keeps daily operations running smoothly through a hands-on, solutions-focused approach. He works closely with teams to improve communication and keep projects on schedule. Through leadership and accountability, Curtis supports the company’s long-term growth.

Product Design Manager
Over the last 8 years of Jacob’s career path took him from welder and CNC operator to shop foreman and supervisor before stepping into product design. He’s driven by problem solving and finding ways to boost efficiency. When he’s not at work, you’ll likely find him fishing or enjoying the desert heat he grew up in.

With more than six years of experience across various roles within the company, Sterling brings a well-rounded perspective to helping clients find effective solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children and playing music.
